​All POREanha customer data is encrypted during storage and transmission, and credentials for accessing customer data are controlled exclusively by POREanha employees. For processing data, we exclusively utilize our own secure infrastructure located in the United States or secure cloud providers located within the United States who are subject to agreements prohibiting downloading, storing, reviewing, printing, or saving customer data without permission, in addition to being required to maintain standard security certifications.

As described in our Terms and Conditions, we also have a strict Data Deletion policy to minimize the risk of unathorized access to customer data. Customer-uploaded pod5 files are deleted as soon as possible after processing. Processed files (fastq, bam, etc.) including any intermediate files are also deleted as soon as possible. No copies of unprocessed or processed customer Nucleic Acid Data are retained by POREanha without explicit written permission from you.
